nope, not in greece. it has very liberal there, but that was years ago.

are we talking EU or Europe? in places like bulgaria, serbia, romania ppl don t give a shit and you can basically buy them in the pharmacy.

I visited three pharmacy's in bulgaria, the first two places told me that I needed a prescription but the last one told me they were all out but they would get some the next day. Unlucky for me it was my last day there.
