    Adding Insulin to cycle and increasing AS dosages

    Hey guys, i am in week 4 of what started to be a pre-contest strict cutting cycle for an upcoming competition.

    I have decided to scrap that for now as my head is not in the right place for competing at the moment.

    Nevertheless i will continue to run my cycle through to the end but as more of a lean bulking cycle.

    I have upped the prop to 100mg ED and the Tren Ace to 150mg ED.

    I have also been doing some research on Insulin, in particular Humalog and want to incorporate it into the last 6-7 weeks of my cycle and during PCT.

    Please look at my current cycle and dosages and feel free to critique as much as possible.

    Post Insulin Nutrtion will be as follows:

    Injection + 5 minutes – Carb shake with 7g of carbs per iu of Insulin
    3g Creatine Ethyl Ester
    L-Leucine 2,500mg
    L-Valine 1,500mg
    L-Isoleucine 1,000mg
    L-Glutamine 1,000mg

    Injection + 15 minutes - 80g of whey isolate protein in water

    Injection + 60 minutes – 40-50g of grilled chicken/fish, 40-50g of steamed broccoli.

    Injection + 100 minutes 50g of whey isolate protein in water.

    Also, what do you guys think of repeating this process again first thing in the morning??

    dont know bout the slin but 350mg of gear a day holy hell you better have some letro

    def a lot of juice in there, but it sounds good, well planned out.

    idk about the insulin either, but wouldn't it be better to get more of that protein from food? if you did that twice a day, that'd be 260g from shakes. just my thoughts.

    I have meals @ 6:45am, 9:45am, 12:45pm, 4:00pm, 7:30pm the rest are shakes!

    All meals have at least 40-50g lean protein

    if we had an AR hall of fame for understatements
    he even has a fancy chart in pdf format with colmns and everything!

    lol yes, even plan out which muscle to shoot 2 months from now
    but hall of fame sounds good lol

    i think you might get better luck in the insulin forum. at least there the people know what they're talking about generally

    slin looks fine just make sure its within 5 minutes after your workout, also how much are you doing? always get the quick carbs. Do it ed for around 2-3 weeks, then take 2 weeks off with a low oral, then 2-3 weeks on again. Now your ready for another cycle and thick. BTW, how is that cycle going? I'm more curious about the 150mg/ed are you getting VAS.? The slin won't help with leaning out, thats a little miss match, keep me posted as I like this cycle, I'd run the slin after the cycle but not to far behind.

    VAS? I'm assuming you mean vascular, and yes the tren and masteron are really bringing the veins out!!

    100mg sides were not existant. Little night sweats, slight increased agression, nothing unbearable.

    Bumping up to 150mg ED...YIKES!! Feel like a machine when i train, sweating during day and night, agression increasing. No gyno or prolactin sides just yet....touch wood!

    i will be injecting the insulin IM, but have read that you cant inject in the same for spot for at least a month..can ayone shed some light on this??
