Hey guys, i am in week 4 of what started to be a pre-contest strict cutting cycle for an upcoming competition.
I have decided to scrap that for now as my head is not in the right place for competing at the moment.
Nevertheless i will continue to run my cycle through to the end but as more of a lean bulking cycle.
I have upped the prop to 100mg ED and the Tren Ace to 150mg ED.
I have also been doing some research on Insulin, in particular Humalog and want to incorporate it into the last 6-7 weeks of my cycle and during PCT.
Please look at my current cycle and dosages and feel free to critique as much as possible.
Post Insulin Nutrtion will be as follows:
Injection + 5 minutes – Carb shake with 7g of carbs per iu of Insulin
3g Creatine Ethyl Ester
L-Leucine 2,500mg
L-Valine 1,500mg
L-Isoleucine 1,000mg
L-Glutamine 1,000mg
Injection + 15 minutes - 80g of whey isolate protein in water
Injection + 60 minutes – 40-50g of grilled chicken/fish, 40-50g of steamed broccoli.
Injection + 100 minutes 50g of whey isolate protein in water.
Also, what do you guys think of repeating this process again first thing in the morning??
