The first one probably not as I could do that when I was 16 naturally. But the second one is a red flag for sure it is highly unlikely to attain a 405lb bench naturally at 16 years old. Who cares though really.
They are probably on the M-1-T diet like all the youngsters at my gym.
to many bio-mechanical advantages to tell.
at 16 i could bench 225 for 15 reps and had teamates who could do it for 20-25 and we were all natural. 405 is a little iffy though.
I know someone who benched 405 the first time he laid under a bar. got to 685 w/o a shirt in 4 years of training. he had every bio-mechanical advantage. %'tage of fast twich to slow, tie-ins,...etc.
cant say w/o knowing more about their advantages
and dont forget short arms and a big puffy chest !!
