i just got a job at the gym i open at 5 O'clock in the morning. i get there 15 mins early so im going to open up, do cardio for and hour 60-65% HR....... then i eat, two hours later i eat, then im off i plan to train right when i get off. my question is can i train, then do another 30-40 min session of cardio right after work? or is that over doing it? should i just do cardio later in the day or what. im hopin i can do cardio, eat twice,train w/ more cardio then PWO Nutr. and then B good for the day plz tell me what u think all comments are Welcome
