    Need Coments simple Question

    i just got a job at the gym i open at 5 O'clock in the morning. i get there 15 mins early so im going to open up, do cardio for and hour 60-65% HR....... then i eat, two hours later i eat, then im off i plan to train right when i get off. my question is can i train, then do another 30-40 min session of cardio right after work? or is that over doing it? should i just do cardio later in the day or what. im hopin i can do cardio, eat twice,train w/ more cardio then PWO Nutr. and then B good for the day plz tell me what u think all comments are Welcome

    If I understand right your going to do cardio in the morning and then after training. Depends on your goals.

    Height
    Weight
    Bf%

    If your trying to burn fat then their is nothing wrong with doing cardio twice a day, its probably gonna get your results faster. But if you trying to build mass I'd skip the morning cardio and just do it after training then PWO nutrition

    i edited plz re-read .
    im saying though is can i do AM cardio 5 to 6 eat, then at 8 eat, then 8:30 train plus more cardio then have PWO nutr. and not over do it. my goal is to cut

    5'9 180 15%bf 20yrs old no gear. diet is fine

    Yeah thats probably to close together. If possible train later that day. Maybe after work. Do your cardio, eat 3-4 meals, then train and cardio later on, then home for 3 more meals. Thats just my suggestion

    i know its just a beoch to go home then back to the gym i work at the gym so i was hoping it would workout but oh well

    ill WO like maybe 2hours like chest tri's shoulers 40 mins each so 2hours for that day then like 30mins of cardio or sumthing

    2 hours to workout? are talking to everyone in the gym between sets?

    no, warm up+ 4-5 exercises per muscle group 4-5 sets and 1-2mins rest
