i am wondering what the conversion is from mcgs to iu i am taking igf lr3 and would like to take 60mcgs daily but i get mixed answers on what that converts to in iu...... i was told 3.3iu=1mcg?

100iu=1mL so if you mixed 1mg of igf with 10mL of solution you would get
1mg=1000mcg
1000mcg/10mL=100mcg/mL
100mcg/mL=1mcg/iu
this is assuming you are using an insulin syringe which measures volume in iu
how bout telling us how much igf you have and we can show you how to convert it

1mg of igf with 2ml of acetic acid is what i mix

that works out like this
1mg=1000mcg
1000mcg/2mL HC2H3O2(acetic acid)= 500mcg/mL
1mL=100IU
500mcg/100IU=5mcg/1IU
so you now have 5mcgIGF per IU of Acetic Acid
