I'm not sure what it is, but all of a sudden my traps have been starting to slip before I bench. I am a big archer, but never had this problem before. The loaded up chalk on the back/bench isn't doing it. Is there a traction limit to how much you can arch? I just figured it was a physical limit. Starting to think otherwise though. Any advice?'
