I wouldn't take the AMP 02 on just cardio days. However, I take it on my lower body days and it's great. It's not a waste at all!
ya iv done as the bottle says just wondering if anyone else tried it with leg days i was thinking it wouldnt be a waste but i would hate to waste a good product
why would it be a waste on leg days? Im not getting that concept? I useiton leg day! Isn't that a lifting day.Actually one of the hardest days where you would need the extra torque!!
yea u definetly should take it on leg day, that is the most intense day (or it should be).
