honestly i cant say for sure because i never saw them before but since i live in the united states i usually only see US ug labs. there are so many ugl's around the world that its not possible for anyone to know all of them. my advice is keep using it and see what happens. most people who make fakes usually fake a popular lab instead of a ugl so you will probably be good to go.

On the first view:
-bad crimp-sealed vials => indicate the possibility of bacterial oxidation
-shitty label => printed by a decent printer
-problem with the dosage
-powder quality => same as above
I wouldn't touche it, put them into the bin.
