I just bought a bottle of SPAWN. I will be running a log with gains on here. Here are my current stats as of today:

Height: 5'7"
Weight: 204 lbs
BF: 14%
Age: 36

Max Flat Bench: 305 x 2 (Can't stand Benching) (Bad Shoulder)
Max Squat: 415 x 2
Max Leg Press: 925 x 4
Max Dead Lift: 405 x 3

I will be using Nolva as a PCT with MT. Does anyone know where I can order Liv 52 or will Milk Thistle be enough? I plan on taking the following doses:

Week 1: 1 Cap Morning 1 Cap Evening
Week 2: 1 Cap Morning 1 Cap Evening
Week 3: 1 Cap Morning 1 Cap Afternoon 1 Cap Evening
Week 4: 1 Cap Morning 2 Cap Afternoon 1 Cap Evening

Staring at end of cycle I will do Nolva at: 40/20/20/10.
