I think you can start at 50mcg ed for a week or 2 and then bump it to 100mcg.
I don't even think you would need that much as it may be catabolic but depends on your goals. I believe your t4/t3 levels don't decline by more than 30% while on gh so you would need just enough to compensate for that.
I started my cycle 4 weeks ago and started immediately with 50mcg of t4 but 2 weeks ago I switched from t4 to t3 at 12.5mcg ed. That seems to be perfect for me as there is no change in my waking temperture.
Just remember if taking T4, specifically synthroid, take them at the same time everyday( pref morning ) 45-60 mins before a meal. Hope that help, Cheers.

i read somewhere that its wisable to take T3 and T4 at the same time at a ratio 1:4 ... like 12,5mcg T3 and 50mcg T4 ... that way you're sure that you'll have both T3/T4 cause you dont know in what T4 will it be converted ... T3 or r-T3 ?
Someone with more knowledge on this would be helpful to reply as i've started my hgh intake aswell and i want to get T3 or T4 or both if needed ...

A higher thyroid response is seen at night VS morning/day, therefore the best time to take these meds would be at night before bed.

Night time? wow, good to know. I don't know where the hell i got morning from. I think it just said morning on the synthroid prescription bottle so I assumed it was the same for T3. Will definitely switch to night time but will that effect my sleeping pattern by any chance?

I don't really feel anything from T4 but it doesn't mean it's not working, and no it does not effect my sleeping, not me anyway.

T4 can certainly be taken in the AM or afternoon, but it's mostly beneficial when taken at night time.
