Morning all. I've just started taking Cypionate and Propionate together, and i'm wondering how much training I should be doing? Should I be going every week day even when im sore from the training, or should I be resting the sore muscles and then going the day after or something? I've been told to just carry on going, but im sure i've been told over the years you should give the muscles time to recover. Is this not the case when taking steroids?
