    first time cycle

    hey- Im planning on taking my first cycle within the next month or two. i am taking testosterone, and was wondering if i should additionally take any weight loss supplements to loose my excess body fat. also, any information that would help me out would be great. thanks.

    im 19, think body frame. 6'00'', 210. i play division II football so im in decent shape. i've worked out on and off for the past 4 years, getting serious in the last months. i wanna cut a lot of fat, and gain 15-25 lbs of lean muscle. what should i do to loose my fat while on a 8 week cycle

    then whats the best thing to do right now that will make me the biggest fastest while cutting fat at the same time

    How's your diet? I would start there before making the big jump to any AAS and I would definitely throw my body for a spin by chaning my exercise routine a bit.

    i have a clean diet, eating a lot of protien and clean carbs. i drink only water and sports drinks and protien shakes after every work out... y is it bad to me to start taking them now

    Diet bro that is everything...you are what you eat check out diet section on probodybuilder.com real good advise there....at 19 you can grow and cut so fast bro...good luck

    See, I think you should definitely change some of those shakes for quality protein coming from food... fish, beef, chicken!

    About your age issue, I won't jump in there. HOwever, you're here for a reason so as long as you listen to people who have more experience than you on this, you should be ok! Just workout a little harder and eat better...

    Also, clean carbs should not be overlooked... sweet potatoes, outmeal, veggies! In one word already being repeated several times on your thread, diet!

    jw, if i did take them now, what would be the side effects?... i only plan on taking 1 cycle for now. i just was to to get a little bigger, and then maintain my size after that

    LOL... you're referring to me? Funny... Honestly, I can't answer that question for you. You have to do some research and listen to people who have done AAS at your age and determine the risks of you running the same fate as them and if it is worthy to take on such risks... cause and effect; simple as that!

    thanks man, and i had a workout program made for me, and i was looking to ask ppl if it was good or not. i have it on excel.. so i can email it to anyone onterested on adding their .02
