Sick and tired for havin to endure my chicken breast recipe. I'd buy bout 3 pounds of boneless chicken breast every two days, cut em to small pieces, and marinade the dish with(not too much) mustard and herbs. I go on two separated servings of 6-10oz of the marinaded chicken cooked on a non-stick fry-pan. On low carbs days, i'd eat just the chicken servings without the carbs and it makes me sick..takes me bout 30-45mins to finished a single meal like this cause it's just too dry, but i did finished every meal in the end. Wonder if any of you got any idea/s at all to pump up the flavor before i start to puke???
