Best way to set this cycle up? Help

ordered 100 pills T3
Ordered 100 pills of CLEN

I want to know the best way to set this whole cycle up for my girlfriend for who in which i ordered this for. I want her to obtain the best results and after this cycle, end any type of supplement taking. Shes been dieting decently and will begin a strict diet starting Monday.

What is the T3 dosed at 5,20,25,50 or 100 mcg tabs, 20 mcg/ml injection?
