    pct for test only cycle

    what do I need for pct for a test e cycle? I know I'll need nolva and probably adex. I plan on running a 10 week cycle of test e at 400-500mg's per week. I know this would shut down my natural test production somewhat and just need to know what pct and how much. Any help is appreciated.

    nolvadex 40/20/20/20

    clomid 100/50/50/25

    adex on hand for gyno/bloat probs while on cycle.

    id recommend almost exactly the same - id just keep clomid at 50mg/day in week 4 as well....
