Hey Fellas. I'm Just putting the question out there to see what your guys opinions are. I'm 28 yo, 5ft9, 180lbs. Work out 4-5 times a week and am on my 2nd week of my first cycle. I'm injecting 1ml of Testosterone Cypionate 3 times a week, Mon, Wed & Fri. I havent noticed any physical results as yet but mentally i seem to have more energy and recover faster whilst working out. I've had a personal trainer for the past 12 months and he is not really impressed that i have chosen to take roids but reckons he can already see the difference in my lifting and recovery. Unfortunately my diet isnt always 100%, nor is my rest as Im Air Crew and work weird hours through different time zones so my sleeping and eating habits change weekly. I do try and stick to a balanced diet as much as i can but this isnt always in my control. any thoughts on how long it will take to see physical results and should i be taking any extra vitamins or supplements along the way?
