    Curiousity

    Hey Fellas. I'm Just putting the question out there to see what your guys opinions are. I'm 28 yo, 5ft9, 180lbs. Work out 4-5 times a week and am on my 2nd week of my first cycle. I'm injecting 1ml of Testosterone Cypionate 3 times a week, Mon, Wed & Fri. I havent noticed any physical results as yet but mentally i seem to have more energy and recover faster whilst working out. I've had a personal trainer for the past 12 months and he is not really impressed that i have chosen to take roids but reckons he can already see the difference in my lifting and recovery. Unfortunately my diet isnt always 100%, nor is my rest as Im Air Crew and work weird hours through different time zones so my sleeping and eating habits change weekly. I do try and stick to a balanced diet as much as i can but this isnt always in my control. any thoughts on how long it will take to see physical results and should i be taking any extra vitamins or supplements along the way?

    depends on diet and training, but test Cyp can take about 6 weeks to kick in

    what do you have for PCT??

    how long have you been training seriously?

    you should be injecting test cyp every 3.5 days, not 3x a week
    what is the concentration of it? mL tells us nothing but volume

    it should take around 5-6 weeks to "kick in", how long are you going to run it for?
    what is your pct going to be?
    do you know what pct is?

    Running it for 12 weeks, then been advised to take Oral Dinabol for 6 weeks after that...

    TESTO L.A
    LONG ACTING ANDROGENIC
    STEROID OILY INJECTION
    100mg/ml TESTOSTERONE CYPIONATE
    ( equivalent to 70mg/ml, TESTOSTERONE )

    that's better, what it's saying is that the concentration is 100mg/mL, but the cypionate ester is around 30mg in weight so for every 100mg of compound you inject only 70mg is actual testosterone

    personally i think you should stop the cycle right now and research for a few months at least so you know what you are doing and aren't taking the advice of some idiot who doesn't know what he is talking about

    btw, you still need to answer a couple of my questions

    how long have you been training seriously?
    i would like to see your diet in detail

    Working out for 4 years, the last 12 months seriously with a PT. Diet varies widely depending on the week and what im doing. i aim for 4-5 meals a day.

    Breakfast - 2 Eggs, Beans and Wholemeal Toast.
    Snack - Piece of Fruit and Tub of Yoghurt
    Lunch - Salad sandwich with meat, Protein shake.
    Snack - Protein Shake
    Dinner - Meat, Green Vegies & Potato or Pasta with meat Sauce.
    Before Bed - Shake


    This can vary dramatically if im in the Air as i dont always have a wide variety of choice.

    I drink about 1 litre of water a day.

    I researched before i started the cycle. I still dont have a full understanding of what im doing BUT a mate of mine did exactly what im doing now and he gained 30lbs in 12 weeks. Although he is only 22.

    now i really think you need to scrap the cycle, your diet is horrible, you get all your protein from shakes, which is not good at all, you lack good complex carbs and your overall caloric balance is not even close to what it should be

    not to mention you don't drink near enough water

    personally bro, i REALLY think you should stop the cycle and save it for when you can be more strict with your diet as diet is the most important part of a cycle

    Unless i give up my job my Diet wont improve. I appreciate your advice but every post i read on here always ends up with the same answer " Stop the Cycle and Improve on this or improve on that " the diet i am on was recommended by my trainer in consultation with a nutritionist. i was grossly overweight in my late teens and worked my ass off to shed the fat and increase my overall fitness level. I consider myself healthy and fit. all i want to do is increase strength and lean muscle mass. Whats the worse that can happen if i continue the cycle. Even if i gain 30lbs of lean muscle i have gained what i set out to achieve.

    you could shut down your natural testosterone production and screw up your endocrine system, get high blood pressure which could lead to future complications, raise your estrogen causing a host of side effects like gyno and skewed lipid profiles

    btw, we only tell people to get off their cycle if they aren't ready for it, which you aren't, and if they can do so safely(meaning they haven't been on long enough to damage their hpta)
