did my left pec with 1ml test e this morn, my left tricep has been acheing eva since. any ideas? thanks

could have nicked a nerve that may be causing you pain. I would watch it for a day or two and if it gets worse seek medical attention

I've heard orl. is a no go, so I'm trying to convince myselft tht I'll be able to inj. myself.

I know the feeling, for some odd reason when i shoot prop into my pec, i get a weird dull pain the arm on that side. Very weird...same thing happens when i shoot my lat. But as stated watch it, if its normal dull pain like it is for some AAS then you should be ok.
