This thought was sparked by the 3 year old thread recently bumped about Jay cutler drinking coke after a work out..
ok my question is NOT what is your favorite cheat, but what is something you put into your diet that typically would be called a cheat, but is something you have in your normal diet.
mine:
fruit loops, (like up wards of three bowls a day at times)
subway or publix subs
--i can eat these things all the time and still stay trim
does anybody else have a weird diet that works for them ????
