weight 198 height 5;7 bf 18% age 23 the stats may not b right cuz i dident weight mysleft and so the bf percentage 2 cuz i wanna weight myself in 2 weeks to see how much i lost anyways im loosing weight while bulking so i do heavy weights for the bulking and diet with 4 days a week of boxing for cardio ,my program is this
back,chest (4 exercise each)
bicep, tricep (4 each)
shoulders ,traps,legs (4 each)
i do abs everyday i go about 5 to 6 times a week to the gym
now i wanna bulk cuz imma burn more fat soon maybe a new way i ear ppl do chest alone some times with more rest
