Deca 275 and Test E 250 cycle

Hey guys

I've been out of the roids for almost 2 years now I believe and I'm starting up again on a Deca 275 and Test 250 cycle.

Tonight will be my first shot of this cycle.

When should my next day be?

Before I did every wed and sat, but what I couldn't remember was did I take my fist shot on the sat and waited 3 days before my second one or did I take my first on wed and only waited 2 days.

See... I confuse my self!!! lol

SO I'm taking my first shot tonight..... when should my next one be so I can set my schedule.

they should be shot every 3rd day,

but if you've been out of the game for a while, it'd be best to get back in shape, prep your body, before jumping on cycle.

So don't just set my days to a set day like every fri and monday?

Do it fri, mon, thurs, sun, wed, sat, tues and etc???
