Tostogel now 3 month injection

Hi everybody, I have posted before about my medical condition but it was under a different screen name, which I cant remember the password for, but anyways.

I have had to have one of my jewels removed and felt the symptoms of low test, I then went to get my blood tested and the endo at the hospital prescribed me 50mg testogel to rub on everyday, well 1 sachet.

I went back after 3 months and he saw me again, he said the recent bloodwork has stayed the same as I was beofre I started the gel, prob because I missed a putting it on and have a whole months supply left of the 3 months he gave, I just use to forget, but I did put it on intesively for the first month and half. I had some improvements when I started to put it on but they slowly went and left a slight improvement. The doctor told me that he can prescribe me a 12 week injection, which I didnt even know existed, at a higher dose, prob 75mg.

Do you guys think that would make any difference, and would I see more improvements than I had on the 50mg a day gel. and can I still use the gel as a boost when those 12 weeks are coming to an end and I have got levels coming down.

Seems like from the prescription I have that is going be sustonon 250 every 3 weeks, any info on how this stuff is, and I should be able to do the injections myself

This is very, very bad idea. I believe sus has to be injected several times a week to keep your levels stable.

This is the basic therapeutic dosage.
In Europe the endocrinologists guidelines for TRT are 1 Testoviron 250 or 1 Sustanon 250 every 3 weeks. In America they prefer go with 200mg. Cypionate every week.
Anyway doing 250/Sustanon several times a week has nothing to do with TRT, it's a bodybuilder cycle.

I would do 250/Sustanon once a week or every 10 days.

I don't know anybody that doesn't crash on shots that far apart. Test Cyp or E weekly are much better choice if it is available to you.

Don't forget that basic guidelines for TRT are made for hypogonadic people , not for athletes with significant muscle's mass.
Hard training athletes have to fight against cortisol wich is the greatest testosterone enemy.
250 a month is not enough.

I prefer the american way. 200 once a week or 250 every 10 days.

he is right , sust is a mix of esters and you have to shot it a few times a week because of the shorter(faster) esters,, if i where you i would try to change to eth if you can and do weekly shots , 3weeks with sust and your gonna crash bad ,

I do believe that the manufacture states 3 week shots. They claim normal levels in the 3-4 weeks. Well normal range depending on your age can be 300-1100. Well to me that means that you start off at 1100 and end up at 300. Is that technically normal? Horribly misleading if that is the case.

Didnt know all of that, I will try to get that changed but think Im going to have to have to ride this one out for the 3 month trial they are setting me up first and check my blood work is going ok, you see guys this Im completely new to this and only had low test for about a year after my operation (I suspect longer but was never checked). So what do you guys think I should do, take the injections every 3 weeks and wait the 3 months? or start them and complain about the highs and lows to the hospital.

and just a quick question for you experienced members, I know with any test there is an advantage but as Im on HRT, what I want to know is if I was a regular guy with regular natural test levels would I have an advantage (i.e be able to work out harder, be stronger) than I will when Im on some sort of test like sustanon 250. or would the injectible test give me a bigger advantage than having regular levels of natural test

ok people im more than 2 months into my every 3 week shots, with sus 250 and got my blood work back here is what it says.

LH - 1iu/l (1 - 8)
FSH - 5iu/l (1 - 16)
Serum testosterone 5.2 nmol/l (10 - 30)
Free androgen index
Serum sex hormne binding glob 17nmol/l (15 - 55)
free androgen index 30 (30 - 100)

as far as I can see is that my LH and FSH levels have dropped quite a bit, I think LH was 7 or 8 before and FSH was 8. Other levels have also dropped slighly to the best of my knowledge after being on the injections than when I was on nothing. maybe the doctor can prescribe me more. He cant say I didnt do the injections, as the nurses did them all, although I did get the bloodwork done on the last day of my 3 week injection, right before my next one was due.

What do you make of the results guys
