    When bulking lean on Tren, test and an AI.

    Hi guys.

    I've got a very simple question for you. How many calories above maintenance level are you able to eat a day without gaining any or very little fat when bulking on Tren, test and an AI? Or are you all staying with the classical +500 a day?

    Please share YOUR experiences and not theories.

    And please keep IGF, insuline, GH and so on out of the picture, since they modify adipose gaining A LOT.

    Please state calorie surpluss and dosages af tren, test and AI.'

    Hopefully there will be a lot of replies to this thread, so we can get a good picture of, how efficient tren is of keeping fat of the body while bulking.

    everyone will be different ....i dunno if i "lean bulk" i mean i keep bodyfat gain minimal i suppose - i usually go 500 cal over and dont gain too much fat ....then again at this stage many would consider my muscle gains modest as well ....

    ^^^ i have to modify my answer - i use run longer cycles - esp bulking - 500+ is a starting point - i guage my progress and adjust ..usually its up not downwhen running tren in cycle .....

    Yeah, everyone should, 'cause when gaining weight and lifting heavier your total energy expendure during a day, and especially a workoutday will go up through out the cycle.

    How has your results been in terms of lbs?

    a good cycle for me at this point- post pct and water loss would be 12 lbs of muscle gained.....

    Seems pretty good, any fatloss too? Or a higher BF?
