I got some clen by Ventipulmin, not the liquid one but the granulated, so how can I dose the granules to be sure I'm taking the right amount?

Why would you buy it in granulated form when it's already dirt cheap in liquid form. The only thing I can imagine you would have to do is take 6mg (6000mcg) of that clen assuming it's 100% clen and no filler and dissolve* in 60ml of alcohol (100mcg/ml solution). To measure this out with great accuracy you need to buy a balance that goes to 1/10000 of a gram.

Each gram of granules contains 16 micrograms of clenbuterol.

Stop 2 weeks then repeat or if you don't need to ramp up again start at 120 and do that for 2 weeks then stop and repeat.
