    Nutrient absorption

How many grams of carbs or proteins or fats can be digested at once and how long before more can be digested?

one conclusion i can tell you is not have a meal with no protein.. my basic guidline is try to spread it out through all your meals evenly ..

I agree but that does not really address his question about how much protein can be absorbed in one meal. That is the question which has spurned a 1,000 arguments.

I believe one has to experiment and keep a log until you find that "happy medium" which is what you need to ingest per meal to reach your goals and/or support your current needs.

why is this so difficult... evenly distribute your pro throughout the day based upon your split and needs...

u think a pro bb is eating 40g per serving?? i know probbs that eat 80g every meal..

    stop worrying about it...

just follow your split and evenly distribute

this would be interesting to know though, I just got done with my comp and the few days after I had prolly atleast 10,000 kcal per day, mostly shit...so if my body abosrbs everthing that would mean i gained around 4 pounds of fat in 2 days, now is that possible, or is it anything over a certain point and your body just flushes it out
