hey guys, this is the first time i post in this forum
I have been training for about a year.. Im 177 cm tall, 73 kg and bodyfat: no idea.. u tell me ? :P
I dont have any before pictures atm. but as u can see.. i have a asymmetrical chestdo you have any advice for how i can prevent this from being worse? (Im already doing dumbell chest presses instead of barbell.)
Do you think i should bulk or cut?
