Melantonin II Quick Question

Just received my 10mg bottle. Added 2ml of Bac Water.

I have a 1/2 cc slin pin

in order to start at 0.5mg daily. Where should I pull back to..


I know this is so simple, I just want to make sure not to take to much and get super sick my first go.
