how to tweak adex dosage

when someone begins to take adex , starting with the lowest dosage , how long should you actually wait to know if the dosage is the RIGHT one before you actually lower it or increase it ??

a week , 2 weeks ? days ??

Are you taking adex as an ai while on cycle? if so start at .25mg eod. I ran .5mg every 3rd day and it seemed to work great at controlling the water retention while on test. However it was not enough to control acne but it didnt bother me.

adex is pretty fast acting. if you started at .25mgs EOD, you should notice it in a week to ten days

I prefer to take it ED at the first signs of itchy sensitive nipples and they are usually gone in a few days

I care alot i wouldn't even touch steroids if there wasnt a thing like adex it stops my sides and especialy gyno.

Adex is a estrogen "KILLER".Very widely used in the bb community.Stops GYNO very well.I have found that the best way to combat these side effects is to prevent them from happening in the first place.I'm on a heavy cycle and running 20 mgs of tamo along side.10 week of a 12 week cycle.Hope this helps you out.The vets have this wrapped up as usual.Good work to T-MOS and PHATE.

hey thanks titanium , the thing is , i actually dont take it for gyno or water retention , i never got those really , the ERSE i get are actually tiredness and low sex drive , adex clears that up for me if and when i get it.
