I'm about to start week number 8 of 12 on 500 mgs of Test c. In week 8 I was going to start taking anavar at 100 mgs a day for 8 weeks. Should I take 5 in the morning and then 5 in the evening? Also, can you run this longer than 8 weeks or is that long enough? thanks

I was told on here thats how I should run my cycle.

test 12 weeks
var 8-15
then jump right on pct

Never used it. Im around 230 15 percent bf.

I do not think your calendar is adding up the correct way! You want to Stop that Var at the same time or a little before the Test! Running it into your PCT will not do much good! and most run the Var for 6-8 weeks! Some will go longer but the affects of it have been known to slope off after about week 8 I believe! and 100mg is a high Dose 50-80 will do you nicely! for the price of Var I do not suggest tking any more than you need to! save it for another cycle down the road or something!

I would split your ANAVAR dosages AM/PM.

You're gonna want to split var into 2-3 doses throughout the day. Don't take within 4-5 hours before you go to bed, you'll never sleep

No it will not keep you up at night, at least it didn't for me both times, but I take my whole amount in the morning time so I have less in my system during bed.

You may have a periodic wake up over night every so often. But its not the "i can't fall asleep and then eventually only get like 1-2 hours of sleep every night."

if cycle is test 500 1-12 run the var weeks 8/10-14 then straight into pct if your doing test 500 10 weeks run it 8-12 then start pct ...simple.... curious on your results for this one

Var is better IMO, I get excellent rewsults running 40 a day for 8 wks.

i've used var several times and have tried taking my last dose just before bed. never seem to impact on my sleeping ability at all.
