    Thumbs up Help out, list your favorite...

    help all the people new to the diet game and

    LIST YOUR FAVORITE MEALS EITHER PRO/CARB OR PRO/FAT (specify) WITH MACROS.

    this will help everybody who wants to diet but does not know where to start.

    My pro are:
    whey
    chicken breast
    tuna
    egg whites
    turkey breast

    carbs:
    oats
    sweet potatoes
    brown rice
    beans

    fats:
    nuts(almonds,walnuts)
    EVO
    peanut butter
    fish oil

    Pro/fats:
    fish (salmon)
    lean red meat

    what do you think of lean cuts of steak and lamb for protein??

    What type of beans for carbs?

    What do you think of low fet cottage cheese?

    beans are a good veggie source although there are better ones, yams for example

    i think it dusent taste good and has too much sugar per serving, and has carbs.. much better options IMO

    cheers eatrainrest...i already eat sweet potatoes (same as yams right?) just looking for more variation....

    i eat cottage cheese before bed...when i can afford to i will get caesin protein...

    what would be your better options??

    i think thers a difference between sweet and yams.. fireguy once differentiated the two once, i believe. your better off buying in bulk top round london broil and eating that with your own EFA. fish oil, EVO, walnut, almond, any of the above.

    ok ill look into it...but money is very tight at the min so may wait till in a better position.. thanks again

    i personally dont eat cottage cheese.

    I use beans when im maintaining, i use a four mix beans which combines for different beans and have that.

    but most of my carbs come from oats/sweet pot/brown rice.
