    Egg whites

    How do you guys determine how many egg whites you're eating when using the ones from a carton? How many ounces is equal to a real egg white?

    Should say on the side of the carton. Mine come in 500ml cartons which equals 16 egg whites.

    Mine doesn't say. It comes in 16 oz cartons, but doesn't mention egg white equivalence.

    mine has a comparison on the side os 3 tablespoons versus one cooked egg white,, so i use the 3 tablespoon as a rule
