I then pulled out- changed the needle- and proceeded to re-inject. But- my blood was mixed in with the juice. Just a few drops. thats ok right?

that was my thinking too. Its my blood- what could it hurt. I am a newbie (3rd shot) so it scared me anyway.

I believe this is correct also. If you used the juice right away you will not have a problem.


i just pull back a tiny bit, just enough for the blood to fill the plastic tip, if i see any red at all i stop and relocate.
