    COURT!!!Here I come

    Well its been a damn year since I had the damn charge put on me. Nothing real bad and nothing to take lightly either. I was in the worst year of my life and f2cked up. Simple as that. So I'm heading out in a little while to make the drive to a hotel stay the night and get to court on time tomorrow.

    Ive really gotten my shit together since this crap and I'm prayin for a damn miracle here. Saved my marriage got off the drugs and started school. I'm hoping to graduate on the deans list. Straight A's so far!!!

    Anyway wanted to get this off my chest. I have not been nervous until now. And I'm shittin bricks.

    If y'all don't see me post by saturday night I'm sleepin on concrete.

    If I go to jail it should only be a few days. Its the felony charge on my record Im worried about.

    It means forget about a decent job.

    And a few days is no big deal Ill get some rest and exercise in. But Id rather do it at home . BELIEVE THAT

    ive got a bit of a record and it doesnt effect me....but im from england so things are diferent.........will it effect you because of what type of work you do or will it effect anyone in any job??

    Jail's are packed everywhere CHAP.If you have a good lawyer and have shown progress and demonstrate rehabilitation I'd say you'll be sleeping in your own bed Saturday night.Good luck..

    You can still get jobs. Do you work now? Dont worry about it man. I had to go to jail for a few months and my job was good enough to hold my place so I got right back where I was. I mean its not a "great" job, but it takes care of my family.

    This is correct. I was told at my pre-release that the only way it would come up is if i applied for a government job. Plus, i can do it myself for 500.00. This has been years ago though.

    Okay. Im at home. Had a good lawyer and got a deferred sentence. Had to plead guilty to a felony, buy if I can show that Im bettering myself and stayin out of trouble everything is dropped.

    Basically if someone walks up and Punch's me in the head I have to just walk away....






    And in a year came back and beat there A$$ with INTEREST. LOL


    Seriously though I appreciate everyone's posts it really mentally helped me out yesterday

    Pretty much what I sad j/k glad to hear it.Any short time like a couple days is done in county anyway.In Camden county New Jersey where I'm from they have what's called 7 day lock down when you first get there and it's exactly what it sounds like.7 days out for 1 hour a day to shower,phone and that's it.JaMMED packed cells that hold 3 stuffed with 5.Fukin hell bro and that's not even the 5th floor which is the body and drama block .I'm sure you can fill in the blanks.Maintain bro,physical education on those who deserve it is way to expensive now a days.Take the high road and keep your butt out of trouble..

    Congratulations and keep your nose clean. Just stay out of any potential unsafe situations like bars that are know to have problems and you should be fine. Face it trouble is not that hard to avoid unless you go looking for it. I have managed to go almost 30 years without even coming close to a fight. Just dont have an attitude or act tough. Walk away LONG before it gets to that point.
