so im nearing the end of a cycle and just want some advice on how to take the nolva and clomid. what doses and for how long?

What is your cylce?

Typically you would wanna run each for 4 weeks

Some examples would be:

Nolva: 40/40/20/20
Clomid: 50/50/50/50


Nolva: 20/20/20/20
Clomid: 100/100/50/50

There are a lot of ways to do it, my personal fav is number 1.

I run mine like this:

Nolva 40/40/20/20
Clomid 50/50/25/25

As you can see its almsot exactly what ****** suggested.

im just doing
week 1-12 500mg/week of test 400 (test c 175mg, test e 175mg, test prop 50mg)
week 1-4 20mg/day pink thai dbol

which of those would you recommend for this cycle?

Really any of the three ways shoudl work fine I use the lower clomid dose because I know what works for me. You may want to use a little more its your call.

k thanks for the help. but just to clarify lets say
nolva at 40mg/per day for 14 days then 20mg/ per day for 14 days?
and clomid at 50mg/ per day for 14days then 25mg/per day for 14days
