Im trying to put a solid cutting diet together, and just need to throw a couple questions out there to you guys!
1. Sticking with oats mainly for carbs besides vegetables. Is it ok to eat 1/2 cup oats with mostly every meal? With out worrying about insulin spikes?
2. And as far as cardio goes im going to be mainly doing HIIT on a treadmill is this ok neggating the eliptical aka slow intensity?
3. And if insilin spikes are needed when is it the best time to spike?
