    Cutting Cycle Advice

    Hi guys,
I've ran a few cycles but I have been injured all summer (shoulder) and finally am back in the gym for a month and a half. I am cutting right now because I let my eating get out of control...

My diet is solid, and training is really consistent now.

My question is I am considering doing a Cutting Cycle, I am losing BF % slowly right now, do you think it is okay to do a cycle at 18% BF or should I wait to drop BF naturally and than do a bulking cycle once I am lower? I am worried about bad sides! But wouldn't mind holding onto my muscle while cutting now.

For cutting I am thinking, Test Enan (maybe Prop), Tren or Winny, any recommendations?

My stats are 6'1 230lbs, 18-17%. I know this might sound like an "easy way out" but I'm definitely putting in the work with or without AAS.

Thats the best way to attack it, do as much as possible naturally until you hit a sticking point, keep adjusting the diet to suit the fat loss and increasing the cardio, best of luck
