    suggestions on a first cycle?

    hi guys i am new to this site and the juice altogether so i am seeking some wise advice and help if you do not mind sharing. I approximately 5'11" 150ish. I have a fast metabolism with a decent diet id say i am about 10% BF right now. I work out on a normal schedule of 4 days a week and i am looking into my first cycle. I am looking to gain LBM i do not want to gain a whole lot of size considering im 20 and still live with the parents and my father happens to be a personal trainer/preacher and the mother is a nurse so u get the hint here. Not too much size maybe 5-10lbs in 10 weeks but all lean muscle and want to get nice and cut up? any suggestions as to wat to take and wat to do while on? all help is GREATLY appreciated!!!

    You need to improve diet before touching steroids, 150lbs is very small.

    i have a good diet i take in about 200grams of protein a day and eat pretty healthy im not in bad shape or "skinny" just need a weight booster so to speak

    How long have you be consistantly be working out?

    honestly id say consistently a year...and to the other guy i tried a lot of things to gain weight even eating right hints the part my dad is a personal trainer i just have a metabolism through the roof and im still fairly young

    It's not just about protein, remember your fats and carbs are needed. Plus it matters what you eat, when you eat and how much you eat. Right now you are young and your body is still producing high levels of test, no need to screw that up. You would be surprised how much wieght you can gain at your age.
