hi guys i am new to this site and the juice altogether so i am seeking some wise advice and help if you do not mind sharing. I approximately 5'11" 150ish. I have a fast metabolism with a decent diet id say i am about 10% BF right now. I work out on a normal schedule of 4 days a week and i am looking into my first cycle. I am looking to gain LBM i do not want to gain a whole lot of size considering im 20 and still live with the parents and my father happens to be a personal trainer/preacher and the mother is a nurse so u get the hint here. Not too much size maybe 5-10lbs in 10 weeks but all lean muscle and want to get nice and cut up? any suggestions as to wat to take and wat to do while on? all help is GREATLY appreciated!!!
