Hey guys my current schedule looks like this :
M Chest Back
T Legs
W Core
T Chest Back
F Legs/arms
I do cardio pretty much everday as i enjoy morning walks, and im a full time uni student, so i get alot of sleep, sometimes 2 sleeps a day lol, , my trainer keeps telling me im overtaining, but im feeling fine, probs being on test/dbol/tren has an effect, my rest days are the weekend cause i work in nightclubs and ****s my sleepin pattern, what do u guys think?
