About a 2 years ago I was nutritionally inept. A good friend/trainer opened my eyes to the world of nutrition and how it effects the body. Saying that I saw AMAZING results doesn't even touch how I really feel. I researched everything like a junkie haha. I now love sweet potatoes and their benefits on the body. I use to just microwave them and eat them skin and all as a mid meal. I'm curious now about alternative ways to cook them. I don't want to use seasoning, sugar or anything that requires alot of ingredients. I'm basically wondering if anyone has experimented with other ways to cook them. I was thinking about slicing them really thin and cooking them on a skillet like ppl do normal potatoes. Has anyone tried that? Also, has anyone tried making sweet potatoe fries or hashbrowns from them? (yes i know they make them in grocery stores but they are full of negative crap) It seems like it would work. I will probably just experiment, its not like they cost an arm and a legIf there are any Emeril Lagasses' on here please give me your "BAM" experiences haha!
