How should I use hcg while on cycle?

I was doinf 250ius E4D. I started to notice a little shrinkage. I am now doing 250iu E3D, and 10mg Nolva ED for the estrogen

Usually 250 iu's X 2 wk is sufficient.

from what ive been gathering anywhere from 250-500 IU e3d, and it can also be beneficial running it from the 3rd week of the cycle all the way through 2 weeks into PCT. some may say overkill but will defiantly help against shutdown and recovery.
