22. 5 9 " 166 lbs. prob 9% bf . very lean just need that extra bit. basically want to look like im ready for stage...
first thing i want to say is IM NOT TRYING TO GAIN WEIGHT. i want to be really really lean. thats it.
meal 1 : 6 eggs whites 1/4 cup of almonds or walnuts
meal 2: bananna and half cup of almonds/walnuts
meal 3: cup of rice and 1 chicken breast
WORK OUT
meal 4: protien shake w/ olive oil ( usually put some peanut butter to for taste..? ) i use water. and 1/4 cup of nuts
meal 5 : either chicken, canned fish salmon or sardines, or eggwhites , usualy munch on some almonds to.
sometimes ill have meal 6 with protien shake or repeat meal 5
