Yeah, you're a pretty big dude. It looks like the cals and protein might be a bit on the low side. Also, you sure you want to have whey protein before bed? It's gone from your bloodstream within an hour, and after that, you will be catabolic all night. I recommend either a casein protein shake or 1 cup cottage cheese before bed.

Also cardio on an empty stomach, I know a lot of guys say it's good, but I've read a lot that suggests that more than anything it is majorly muscle catabolic.

That's why you take glutamine or some BCAA's before you do it.

For a guy your size, I'd say the cals and protein are a bit on the low side. I'm not a pro, though. Maybe someone more knowledgeable than I can help.

make meal 6 a real meal

ps. Ripped and looking good in your avy; but are you really that color in real life?

Well considering that was mid summer and I go to my beach house every weekend and I was sweating my ass off working out with a ton of nician on board that day I might of been that color but no im not lol ill post a normal pic to reassure you lol. So the fat in the steak and fat from the flax doesnt count? I have like 68 grams in there.

last pic is much more reassuring... haha.

I would add avocado for sure. fat from steak is not the best (at all, but does support testosterone production).

diet sounds better once you add post #15.

Holy crap, just saw your supplement list. You are like a garbage pale man! gonna be some good cuts with that. You should start a log.

although this may seem like a useless post.

But i read you said you wanna lean out as quick as possible.

Don't rush man!, Honestly, i've found on several occasions when i've "leaned out" All i fcuking see is muscle going down the drain, And it's always the diet to blame when you re-assess your goals and contemplate on what's going wrong. I've gone from a solid weight to a skinny fat weight and back again... Wasted a whole year of training doing this, and im' SLOWLY learning the keys for a successful cut!. Never rush.

For your own sake PLEASE take you're time, last thing you want is hard earnt muscle slowly slipping away.
