    Chest Advice

alright guys ive had a good think and came to the conclusion that my workout is poor haha ive changed up my back and shoulder workout with the advice of the guys on here and made an effort to do my chest workout on my own.

this is what i used to do
    3 sets flat bench
    3 sets incline bench
    3 sets decline bench
    DB flys or cable flys

jus thought this was kinda poor and changed it up to this

3 sets DB flat bench 10,8,8
    3 sets DB incline bench 10 8 6
    2 sets Cable crossovers/flys 6-8
2 sets weighted dips max reps

any comments would be much appreciated, and you think the new workout is also shit let me know how i can improve lol

The dips will definitely help, keep changing it up every couple of weeks.

That looks good! I think I'll try some of the weighted dips as well ... My regular routine is similar to yours and it's time for a change.

In my opinion i would scratch the DB flat bench and do BB bench, DB incline bench is good though, i would do that as the first lift though, and i would do incline flies aswell

    something like this -

    3 - 4 sets DB incline bench

    3 - 4 sets Flat BB bench

3 - 4 sets Cable flies (bend forward so your back is almost flat and squeeze chest)

3 - 4 sets incline bench DB flies

then to finish off to push ups till failure. Just started doing this and it feels better then any other chest routine ive followed

Thats the ticket. You'll be amazed at how much benefit one little exersize like that does the body.
