What size engine in the Q7? The V10 or the V6? If it's the V10 def go for it they are quick for a yoke that is basically the weight of my house.

Ohh V8 petrol, I forgot who I was talking to over here lol. Those V10's are 5l diesels very fast same bhp as above engine but has nearly twice the torque. And they look nice in black.

I'd for sure go with the Q7 TDI. VAG can make a good diesel engine and I love the styling for the Q7. Also you can't get the V10 in the US anymore. They pulled after the latest emmissions regulations. The TDI available in the Q7 is the 3.0 V6 225hp and 406lbs tq. Not as beefy as the V10 TDI but a lot better than the FSI gasser. I am a diesel nut, I love everything about a diesel engine. I've had several diesel trucks and 3 TDIs from the VAG. All I can say is the TDIs are unstoppable if they are maintained properly, but if you slack on it it will suck!

Ya direct injection Diesels are very good esp big capacity ones. Ye not have the 4.2 V8 diesels over there Matt? And all the technology that modern diesels came from the Fiat group originally.
