    It's a metal ring. You see councils or rock climbing/abseiling fanatics always permanently attack steal rings into rock faces so that they can attach their harnesses and what not. I've an avid adventurer and adrenalin junkie, and i do base jumping all the time, less now because i am at uni, but none the less its amazing.

    that is amazing. I've been sky diving before but that doesn't even compare. one wrong move here and he's dead. no margin for error at all. props to that guy!

    I've been sky diving but would love to attempt a base jump.
