    chance to go to china

Just wondering what you guys think.. I have the chance to possibly go to china through the business department at my school, to informally teach english at another university there. Its very informal, and all you basically have to do is facilitate conversation. They also let you take a few business classes while your there. The cost is around 2k, but that includes flight, food, and all accommodations. The place is a few hours away from shanghai.. and apparently they do a few trips there while your down. In my opinion, 2k is really cheap for something like this, and it seems well worth it, seeing as how the trip is 3 weeks long. It goes for the last 3 weeks in may.

so what do you guys think?

Would you say the pro's outweigh the con's? I.e benefit out of going and experiencing the culture, outweigh's the possible detrimental effects of the smog problem?

Let me get this straight, you are asking if you should go to china and teach a bunch of Asian school girls how to speak English? Only if you take me with you as your assistant.

Yes you should go. There is no question about it. You probably won't regret making the trip but I can all but guarantee you will regret it if you don't go.

yeah i agree, i think i would regret not going. i saw some of the pictures from last years trip, and they go to some pretty cool places. The cool part is that we only have to facilitate conversation for like 30 minuites a day lol.
