If you're talking about DHEA the supplement, it's worthless.
You may be right to a certain extent. I think it really matters what you are using DHEA for. I take 100mg a day and notice a few things from it. Improved energy, concentration and it seems to thin out my midsection a bit. Also it is good if your DHEA levels are low. I also think it can be useful during PCT.
I agree with Teufel. I use it as well in the morning about an hour b 4 workout. I get a little more energy, focus, and motivation out of it.
Use an AI. I do the same with 100mgs. I've also noticed If i do it for an extended period of time my cuts show a little better.
