Whats up guys..
I'm 24, been lifting since i was 16, moreso from 18-now. This last year I've been dedicated to the diet and lifting till failure, then making sure I leave the gym sore and nothing less with 21's, burnouts, negative reps, etc... I'll give a few specifics on my stats:
6'2" - Height
15~18% BF guessing from what i see in the mirror (i can cut to 10 in a heartbeat; i respond really fast to diet changes and cardio)
243.2 lbs (right now, literally lol) - Weight
15.75 in. cold, 17.5 in. flexed - right bi
16.25 in. cold, 18 in. flexed - left bi
30.25 in flexed - left quad
31 in. flexed - right quad
18.5 in. flexed - left calf
18.75 in. flexed - right calf
36.5 in. - waist
48 in. - around chest
54 in. - around the shoulders
Meal 1:
Protein (eggs, protein powder, chicken, or turkey… if you need to ask, it’s probably not lean right? lol), 1/2 cup oatmeal.
Meal 2:
Protein shake/Lean Protein (refer to meal 1), add 2 tbsp flax seed oil.
Meal 3:
Veggies, Lean Protein.
Workout
Meal 4:
Within 15 minutes of workout, 30-50 grams of protein and no more than 30 grams of carbs.
Meal 5:
Veggies, Lean Protein, 1/2 cup rice or oatmeal.
Meal 6:
Shake with flax seed oil if possible. Sometimes a TBSP of fat free cottage cheese.
That turns into approximately 300 grams protein, 130 grams carbs, and 50 grams of fat. 300/130/50 should be good for cutting but I'm still a little soft.
The reason I'm posting is because I'm looking into doing my first aas cycle. I know it's in my best interest to go with a test cycle to begin with, but I have used pro-hormones in the past(19-nor, SD, and phera) for about a month of each. My PCT's were spot on and I had very few side effects (small gyno which was cleared up with Nolva and a cycle of Epistane, and some acne but nothing to write home about).
I'm more than confident that if I go for a 12 week run of test e or cyp, that I won't get what I'm looking for. I DO NOT WHATSOEVER want anything to do with deca. I need my dick. For alot of things. I've done the research on d-bol and have seen the results of 4-6-8 week runs of it in person stacked with test. Some results are pretty, some are all bloat and wash away like New Orleans.
What would some of the vets/mods here think I should run? If you say just test and test only I understand, you are the Jedi here, I am just a padawan.
The title of this post is ''all scemantics''... reason being: I have no actual gear on hand, just the tools for use. Still waiting for my 45 days to be up.
