Your age is an issue.

I'm 5'10 and 195 lbs right now.

First, you need to put the gear on the shelf for a few years, as your HPTA is still developing, and may become damaged for life.

Go to the diet section and post your diet in there.

You would be surprised as to the gains that get made from workouts, food, and rest.
