vitamin B6 supplementation while on deca

I have got people recommending me taking vit B6 while taking deca to lower down progestins levels to somewhat prevent progestins side effect..

But I have searched many studies that B6 supplementation is actually raising the progesterone. Levels in women..

Is it true that B6 will lower down progesterone levels in men?

It cant hurt and certain AAS have proven to lower your B6 so yes it's good to supplement.

What else are you taking with the Deca? I hope not deca only. You had problems with your pct/end cycle last January with sex drive issues. Did you get your blood work done to see if you are at safe levels to do another cycle? Adding Deca to this cycle you are even more likely to have sex drive issues, much more than the last cycle especially considering you have already experienced side effects.

Go for 200mg B6 ED and if you kept sides under control, you might not need bromo or caber.
