kind of long but please read would like advice

hi i am 23 years old i have been training for 4 or 5 years on and off but very serious now for about a year and a half. i am 6ft 230lbs i dont know my body fat % but im just a little chunky you can see some definition on me.

my diet is about 70% of what it should be i try to eat very well and do like i said 70 to 80 percent of the time.

for the past 2 months i have been working out tuesday thursday and sunday and alternate hi reps low weight and low reps high weight each week. this is kind of long but here is an example

say today is tuesday the 1st of march then i would do bicep back traps and rear delts all pulling motions heavy weights low reps.

then thursday i would just squat and do some abs then about 20 mins cardio.

then sunday i would do chest tri and front delts all pushing motions heavy weights low reps.

then tuesday i would just squat and do some abs and 20 mins cardio.

then thursday i do back and bicep traps and rear delts high rep low weight

then sunday just squat and abs and 20 mins cardio

then tuesday chest tri and front delt high rep low weight.

i increase the weight 10 percent from my last workout every time so i am progressivly overloading the muscles.

my question is are my workouts to spread apart even though i work out very intense and i honestly am sore for a good 3 to 4 days after. im and making good progress as far as incresing how much i lift but i cant tell if i am getting bigger because in 2 months your not gonna notice much. i am trying to focus on rest and recovery to ensure im not over training . your opinion would be helpful thank you

the difference between a recreational lifter and an amateur bodybuilder is that the amature bodybuilder can listen to his body

this is something you need to learn how to do
